This policy applies to all payments made to OMNIVALL for Leadora (leadora.omnivall.in). Please read it before you pay.
1. Try before you pay
Leadora has a Free plan so you can use the product with real leads before choosing a paid plan. Our team also offers a free setup call — call or WhatsApp +91 95100 98338 before buying if you have any questions.
2. No refunds
All payments for Leadora plans (monthly, quarterly and yearly) are final and non-refundable. We do not give full or partial refunds for:
- unused days, months or the remaining part of a billing period;
- downgrading, or not using the account after payment;
- changing your mind after payment;
- delays or problems caused by Meta, WhatsApp, your internet connection or other third parties;
- accounts suspended or closed for breaking our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Cancellation
- Plans do not auto-renew. Each payment covers one billing period only, so you will never be charged again unless you choose to pay again.
- You can stop using Leadora at any time. Your paid features remain active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- To close your account and delete your data, email leadoracrm@gmail.com from your registered email address.
4. When we do refund
We will refund the amount in these cases only:
- Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same plan and period.
- Payment debited but plan not activated — money left your account but the plan was not activated, and we cannot activate it.
Write to leadoracrm@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment with your registered email, the payment date, amount and Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — most issues are solved within a day. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is resolved.
