Leadora (leadora.omnivall.in) is an online software service provided by OMNIVALL. No physical goods are shipped.
1. How the service is delivered
- Free plan: available as soon as you create and verify your account.
- Paid plans: activated instantly after successful payment through Razorpay. You can use all features of your plan right away by logging in at leadora.omnivall.in.
- A payment confirmation and receipt are sent to your registered email (and WhatsApp, where enabled).
2. If your plan is not active after payment
This is rare. Log out and log in again first. If the plan still shows as inactive, contact us with your payment ID — we activate it within 24 hours, or refund the payment as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
3. Service area
Leadora is offered to businesses in India and can be used anywhere with an internet connection.
