Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Leadora, operated by OMNIVALL ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Leadora is a SaaS CRM platform providing WhatsApp messaging, lead management, Meta Ads integration, invoicing, and related tools for businesses. Features may change over time.

2. Account Registration

• You must be 18+ years old and authorized to represent your business
• Provide accurate, complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Keep your password secure; notify us immediately of unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or illegal content
• Violate WhatsApp's Business Policy, Meta's Advertising Policies, or any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to store or process sensitive personal data beyond what is needed for your business
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

4. WhatsApp & Meta Usage

You are solely responsible for:

• Complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Messaging Guidelines
• Obtaining proper consent from contacts before sending WhatsApp messages
• Ensuring your Meta Ads and CAPI usage complies with Meta's Terms of Service
• All content you send through the platform

Violations of Meta's policies may result in your WhatsApp number or Ad account being restricted by Meta. We are not liable for such restrictions.

5. Billing & Payments

Subscriptions: Monthly or annual plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Free Trial: 7-day free trial available. No credit card required for trial. After trial ends, you must subscribe to continue.

Pricing: ₹1,999/month or ₹19,999/year. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Failure to Pay: Accounts with failed payments will be suspended after a grace period. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension before deletion.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including all code, design, branding, and content, is owned by OMNIVALL
• You retain all rights to data you upload or create within the Service (leads, contacts, messages, invoices)
• You grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the Service

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the use of the Service. This does not apply to information that is publicly available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify OMNIVALL from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide 15 days' notice for material changes.
